I will never be silent

You may have realized my recent outspokenness on things like politics and more importantly my faith. Well I regret to tell you that on this blog, originally, I aimed to keep religion out of it, to keep it a secret, and for that, I am completely ashamed.

“You mean you were gonna push God out of the affairs of men? Just like most of the rest of the world?”

Yes, regretfully so.

I am ashamed because it is a cowardly move. It is cowardly to have something that could change someone’s life and keep it a secret, you’ll read about why I was keeping it a secret later in this article, but first it’s time to turn this website around quick, and on that note, a bit on faith.

My faith, in which I am embarrassed has not come out on this page enough, to the point where someone may not even understand where I stand on the issue, is that I have put my faith, my entire life’s understanding, on what I believe to be true about Jesus Christ.

Now, before you dismiss this article like every other “religious” article keep reading.

I have committed spiritual treason. In the pursuit of influence and power, with the goal to educate and inspire for the greater good, I have betrayed my source of inspiration and kept it behind the curtains and completely out of many of my reaching’s and teachings, primarily on this website you’re reading now.

I have fallen to human nature and the fear of man.

So why the sudden outspokenness Tony?

It would be unfair to lead people in any direction without explaining the direction in which they may volunteer to go right? In other words, if you’re going to read what I have to say, and possibly base a few decisions off of it, out of respect to you, you should understand where I am coming from.

So why haven’t you said much about it in the past and up to recent times?

I have succumbed to fear and embarrassment; afraid of what you might think of me, what some of my closest friends and family might think of me, and what the world might think of me. I have hidden my greatest source of encouragement and strength so that maybe, just maybe, I may relate to everyone.

I have failed in all regards, and I am asking for your forgiveness.

It’s time to stand up boldly. It’s time to change.

It is time, brothers and sisters, to fight the good fight.

As the great parliamentarian Edmund Burke said, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

There are people in our culture attacking marriage, family units, unborn children, our rights to defend ourselves, our rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness. Racism is at a high, organizations like black lives matter are beginning to build armies of racist African Americans leading people to believe there are more than one race of people. Soon enough someone will start a white lives matter, further fanning the flame of racism, not fair treatment. Taxation without representation. These people are trying and succeeding to push God out of the affairs of men. Bad times are coming our way if we don’t learn what to believe.

Freedom is what America was founded upon, notice Jefferson doesn’t leave God out of it, but rather include Him and the fact that all men (and women of course) were created equally.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that , all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

What you believe will determine how you treat your fellow Americans.

” Push God out of America and you lose America.”

You see, life is all about what you believe. Where you go, what you do, and how you regard all that happens in your life hinges on what you believe.

I am an American, and I see an America that is struggling.

Would you agree with me when I say that the characteristics of our nation are for the most part unsettling?

Would you agree that most people you know are lost?

Dig deep… Are you lost?

I see a country of great men and women whom seemed to have lost their North Star.

All of this is sad, but the saddest part about the whole thing is that I claim to know the truth, but have made very few attempts at helping anyone see that truth.

For that I am truly sorry, but I will change that.

Here is what I know and the basis of my beliefs. We are all going to die. A grave awaits every one of us. You cannot dispute this fact.

If there is no God, we will get done here on earth, be buried, and that’s it. It’s done. Over.

Done with.

Life comes to and end, and we all end up in the ground.

If there is a God, and I know there is, a lot changes.

Jesus truly beat death. God truly created the universe, came down in flesh, as man, and died, to save a world of broken people, not to condemn them, so that all who believe in that fact right there can be saved. (Refer to John 3:16 in the Bible, or just google it) All of that really happened, and you and I can live forever, we’ve got some big things coming our way.

Saved from what you might ask?
Death. Jesus can save you from death.

Despite the fact that it has been scientifically, archaeologically, and historically proven, it is a crazy story.

I believe it though.


Because it is true, undoubtedly so, and their is hope beyond the grave for each and everyone one of us.

Our world is lacking in a few areas but one in particular is hope.

Why do we need hope?

Well, you can choose to believe that this whole world was just an accident. That all things came from an explosion. That mankind crawled out of the ocean as a fish, evolved into animals, lost a tail, and became human, only to live 70-80 years, to die and be buried.


That’s it then.

You can believe you are an accident; that life really means very little, so just live it up while you’re here.

You can believe that you just happened to exist, that you were the result of an accident or happenstance.

I don’t believe you’re an accident however.

Now I’m not a parent yet, so take what I say with that in mind, but ask any mother the feeling they had when they held their baby girl or boy for the first time. Can feelings like that be considered just happenstance?

In the Bible it is written that God stitched you together in your mothers womb. He knew you before you existed. He loved you before you even took your first breath. (Psalms 139:13)

There is hope in that.

I’ll admit. It sounds crazy. So crazy in fact, that I don’t think men could dream it up.

An explosion, resulting in a self sustaining, perfect planet, where a fish that had to be eating and breathing salt water (was it eating other fish? We’re there make fish and female?) crawls from the ocean, to become man, over billions of years, to stop, and for 2,000+ years be no more than man.

That sounds crazy.

I don’t know if you know of anything like this but, to date, no process in the world has yet to take a salt water breathing being and turn it into a human.

The beautiful thing about America is that you have a choice. Which crazy story will you believe? The one with hope, or the one without.

I’m going with hope, and on that hope I will base all my opinions, and my articles.

When you truly study the Bible, the archeological data, the history, and the natural world around you, the story of creation begins to make amazing sense.

So to sum this up I will say firstly, one, two, or two million articles can’t do this concept justice. The good thing in that regard is that I don’t need to do it justice. The Bible, and the millions of lives changed by it can do it the justice it deserves.

So I’ll ask.

Where is your hope?

I believe that the human heart knows too well that life doesn’t end after this.

It is time we stand together. It is time we fight the good fight.

I will no longer be silent. The people in this world trying to rewrite history and destroy what this great country was founded on are loud, very loud, and that is where this newfound outspokenness comes from.

I will not sit back and watch the world burn.

So I’ll ask, do you have the courage to be loud? Do you have the courage to stand up for what you believe in?

Real men and women stand for something.

They will hate us, they will oppose us, but suffering for our Lord and country will be our greatest honor.

We will never be silent.
